Since 2005, Tawny Bailey has worked in the non-profit sector to advance social justice causes such as family homelessness, mental health, and youth development.  Tawny combines her administrative expertise with her passion for community wellness to create and deliver sound, effective service delivery systems that are data-driven and outcome-based. Founder of The Arbor Youth Resource Center, Tawny is an effective leader of community-driven coalitions.
