Available to Benefits Eligible Employees

  • We offer flexible plans through United Health Care to meet you and your family’s unique needs – employees may select coverage from 3 different options and costs. RCS pays the majority of the costs and provides participating employees with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) debit card to be used to pay for medical expenses, annoying co-pays, and prescriptions.

  • We offer a PPO plan through United Health Care that includes preventive care that is 100% covered by the plan and $1,000 of lifetime Orthodontia care for your children up to 19 years of age. RCS pays for the majority of this benefit.

  • We offer a vision plan through United Health Care. Exam, lenses, contacts (in lieu of glasses), and frames can be obtained every 12 months, at no cost to the employee.

  • The Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment offered through United Health Care features benefits of $25,000 for each employee for life, and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment), in addition to Accelerated Living, Waiver of Premium, Portability, Conversion. Seatbelt and Airbag benefits, at no cost to the employee.

  • United Health Care administers additional coverage voluntarily elected by you. For certain coverage levels, a personal health statement may be required. This plan is offered on a voluntary basis; therefore, the employee is responsible for 100% of the premiums.

  • This program comes with your life coverage to give you access to emergency medical help, travel services and useful tips for your trip if you travel more than 100 miles from home – all at no additional cost to you.

  • Included with the Life Insurance coverage, and at no additional cost, the Resource Advisor Employee Assistance Program (EAP) gives employees, and their families access to work/life resources such as: counseling sessions for qualifying events; identity theft victim recovery services; legal and financial consultations; toll-free, 24/7 phone consultations and referrals from anywhere in the United States, unlimited access to Resource Advisor online resources.

  • We offer a complete suite of supplementary benefits provided by AFLAC. These plan(s) are 100% payable by the employee. Some restrictions apply.

  • Heath Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account through tax-free employee contributions. Health Care FSA funds can be used to pay for qualified medical, dental or vision expenses, and Dependent Care FSA funds can be used to pay for child- or elder-care expenses. All FSA funds MUST be spent before the end of the calendar year, or they will be forfeited. The 2022 IRS employee contribution limit for the Health Flexible Spending Accounts is $2,850, and $5,000 for the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. Some restrictions apply.

  • RCS observes 12 paid holidays.

  • Employees accrue PTO beginning immediately, and after two years, your accrual rate increases.

    Accruals are based upon paid hours of up to 2,080 hours (40 hours per week) per year, excluding overtime.

    [Employed 1-2 years] Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt earn 5.00 hours per pay-period. Full-Time/Exempt Management earn 6.67 hours per pay-period.

    [Employed 2+ years] Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt earn 6.67 hours per pay-period. Full-Time/Exempt Management earn 8.33 hours per pay-period.

  • If you have student loan debt, you may be eligible for loan forgiveness, cancellation, and/or consolidation of federal student loans under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF) or another program, and we can help! Created under the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007, PSLF allows borrowers who work full time for nonprofits and government agencies to have their outstanding debt forgiven tax-free on Federal Direct Loans, after making 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan. Other loan forgiveness programs will be supported by our agency – we continue to work to be recognized as a work site that qualifies for varying loan forgiveness opportunities.

  • We understand that unexpected life events don’t always follow a semi-monthly pay schedule and sometimes you need a little help – we offer employees the ability to request pay advances or convert PTO into cash to pay for those unexpected bills that happen from time to time.  

  • Whether it's an online training or an in-person conference, we invest in our employees so you can invest in our community – employees are given the opportunity to attend company-sponsored trainings and conferences to build skillsets within your scope of work.

  • Our world needs mental health professionals! At RCS, we love hiring and training the future workforce – we provide interns the supervision hours needed to excel in your career and reward yourself by completing your license to practice.


Available to Part-Time/Temporary Employees

  • Part-time and Temporary employees receive up to 24 hours (3 days) of paid sick leave annually and all non-benefit eligible options.

Available to All Employees

  • We offer a supported retirement option via a 401k plan and provide up to a 2% match with a 3-year vesting schedule – employees are automatically enrolled and set up to receive a 1% match but may elect to opt out at any time. 

  • AirMedCare Network is an alliance of affiliated air ambulance providers. An AirMedCare network membership ensures you will have no out-of-pocket flight expenses if flown by a network affiliate by providing prepaid protection against air ambulance costs that are not covered by a member’s insurance and/or other benefits or third-party responsibility. These plan(s) are 100% payable by the employee at a reduced rate.
