Performance Quality Improvement Director

Kristin Bogner is our Performance Quality Improvement Director and helps keep us in compliance while helping better our services with data support. Kristin has always felt at home in Northern California and the love of this place is one of thing things that drives her work. 

Kristin came to us in 2020 from another non-profit in Mendocino County and has been in the field nearly a decade. She chose to work at RCS because RCS takes care of people. 

Outside of work, Kristin loves coaching youth basketball and hiking as well as enjoying life with her dogs, horses and chickens.
