Training Manager

Christine Hawley, Associate Trainer is Redwood Community Service’s Training Manager. Her purpose for seeking a degree in social work was to expand her knowledge of trauma informed care practices, promote social change and continue to learn to become a respectable change agent when working with youth and families. The beginning of her professional career consisted of working with at-risk youth from various socio economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Since starting as a Trainer III in 2018 she was promoted to more advanced positions in the department which allowed her the time and opportunity to master the requisite skills needed to fully prepare her for the Manager position. 

Christine is a local Mendocino County resident and is dedicated to improving the lives of people in her community through education and awareness. She truly believes that everyone, including those from difficult circumstances, deserves to live a fulfilling life and to have someone on their side willing to fight for them.
