Della Medeiros
Department Trainer

Della Medeiros, Associate Trainer (She/Her/Hers) started working with RCS in September 2014 as a Program Assistant for the Foster Family Agency (FFA) where she supported staff and foster families. After two years as a program assistant, she was promoted to recruitment and training where she reached out to our community to recruit new foster and/or adoptive families and guided them through the approval process. In 2019 she moved to the training department where she facilitates training for multiple topics.

Della loves spending quality time with her grown children and grandchildren. She has a passion for helping others. She loves to experiment with cooking and baking. She loves to travel and experience different cultures.
