Victoria Kelly, LCSW, has spent her career focused on social justice issues. Victoria found her passion for community-based work in 2002 when she founded a youth empowerment camp for at-risk teens. Inspired to do more, Victoria attended San Francisco State University and obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology in 2004, followed by a Master’s of Social Work in 2009, while working for San Francisco’s Suicide Prevention. Over The last 17 years, Victoria has served many roles, both in direct client care and in program development and management, serving child, youth, and families. Dedicated to serving the life-span of an individual, her passion for service and community continues to reinforce her sense of purpose and belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive. Recently, Victoria accepted the responsibility of CEO for Redwood Community Services and looks forward to progressing the great work of this agency in Mendocino, Lake, and Humboldt Counties.
