STRTP/Foster Family Agency Manager

Lorraine Montano is Redwood Community Service’s STRTP/Foster Family Agency Manager and has been with RCS since 1997. Lorraine’s work deals with our foster care programs and residential treatment facilities — among many other things!

Lorraine first started in the field at a residential facility in 1983. Lorraine said she works for RCS because she believes in our mission and that the agency helps provide needed local services based on community needs.

Lorraine is driven to work in Mendocino, Lake and Humboldt Counties because each area has individual charateristics and needs and loves being a part of the team in each county to help develop services. 

Outside of work, Lorraine loves kayaking, going to sporting events, glamping and water parks.
