With more than 15 years of experience in foster care, residential, wraparound and social services field, Redwood Community Services’ Program Director Kate Napp works with the FFA and STRTP teams to build strong relationships with foster children & youth and foster parents by providing consistent support to both staff and foster parents. Kate’s brings experience working with youth in the foster care and juvenile probation system along with experience in recruitment, adoptions and permanency planning and utilizes this experience and skills by overseeing the implementation and integration of the new Short-Term Residential Treatment Program and Therapeutic Foster Care and Resource Family Approval processes.
