Starting in foster care group homes, she advanced to roles like Performance Quality Improvement Analyst, specializing in residential care, conservatorships, behavioral health programs, and Transitional Age Youth (TAY) services.

Now Clinical Director of Programs and Specialty Mental Health Services in Mendocino County, Samantha is dedicated to mental health advocacy, finding fulfillment in celebrating milestones and everyday victories that drive meaningful change.
