This book is a nice resource for caregivers to share with their young children. This book offers healthy mind concepts and strategies for children everywhere. The book club training format will allow attendees to interact with other caregivers and practice the techniques suggested by the author as well as sharing some of the coping skills they have been using to maintain some sanity for the entire family.
