Trainees will gain knowledge and ability about how to RCS serves children, youth and adults, where to refer children, youth and adults for mental health services for their emotional development and well-being, and gain an understanding of common terminology used at RCS in the social work and behavioral health field in order to best serve clients of all ages.

This training is intended for those that work with children and youth within the child welfare system or are at-risk of entering. This includes child welfare workers, resource parents, youth sports coaches, youth mentors, teachers, law enforcement and volunteers/staff working with this population.
