Sustaining the Caregiver - Series

Sustaining the Caregiver is a drop-in revitalization workshop designed to nurture, replenish, and uplift caregivers. The class is 90 minutes and includes: one Whole Brain parenting Skill, Self-reflective work on your own Autonomic Nervous System, and several Self-Care practices including journaling, sharing, 3-6 breathing, guided meditation, and anchoring. This workshop is for the caregiver in every way; helping you sustain and maintain inner calm regardless of what is happening around you.

Every Monday night starting May 8 through June 19 (No class on Memorial Day)

Here is some feedback received from attendees:

· This training was an eye opener. It was loaded with a lot of great information that I can actually use to improve myself. It was at the right pace and with a good amount of information. Thank you for the time you spent helping us learn about our emotions and for the strategies you provided so we can start to improve our happiness.

·  I was not aware of how much I need to focus on my mental health.

· My takeaway was self-examination, that is something I need to do.
