This training will review pronouns and definitions related to transgender youth; and we will discuss the history of transgender people throughout history. We will review personal accounts of transgender experiences from trans youth and their families. We will discuss ways we can welcome youth in our homes and affirm their identities, creating a welcoming and diverse environment for all youth in our care.
