This training is for professionals supporting individuals with challenging or assaultive behaviors. Participants will learn essential skills to manage high-stress situations, de-escalate conflict, and use assertive communication to maintain control. Participants will gain practical tools to handle difficult situations, reduce conflict, and ensure the safety of those involved, especially in juvenile justice, child welfare, and out-of-home care settings.
