Center Point, Inc. as a recipient of Round #3 Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program funding has completed construction of a 50-bed residential SUD Program. The process of assembling a development team, management of the project, complying with regulations, and navigating the funding portals can be challenging for an organization without previous development experience.

The presentation will highlight some of the areas that need to be taken into consideration when applying for funding to avoid cost overruns, noncompliance and, or regulatory violations.
