Residential Program Summer Fun: Mendocino County

Redwood Community Services provides residential services through Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs. Youth from Mendocino County Children’s Center (MCCC), Cam’s Place, and Mendocino House were able to experience a variety of summer activities designed to engage, educate, skill-build, and of course, have fun! 

Through large and small group outings, as well as individual trips, youth attended local fairs and carnivals, visited lakes and parks, engaged in fishing and hiking, practiced yoga and outdoor sports, and even had a trip to Six Flags. Our residential youth were also treated to back to school clothes shopping thanks to many generous donations. 

It was an amazing summer and we couldn’t have done it without our communities support!
